DDT means Dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane - is a strong insecticide, a poisonous chemical that scrambles the brain! The wrestling move was inspired in this chemical effect

Sto means Space Tornado Ogawa - is a judo move

The wikipedia entry for DDT is:
The move was named by Jake "The Snake" Roberts, who accidentally invented the move in the 1980s. Rumors abound as to what the letters DDT supposedly stood for, including Drop Dead Twice, Demonic Death Trap or Damien's Death Touch, Death Drop Technique and Damien's Dinner Time after Jake's pet python Damien. When asked what DDT meant, Jake once famously replied "The End." The abbreviation itself originally came from the chemical dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane, a notorious pesticide, as stated during shoot interviews and Jake's Pick Your Poison DVD. Many think the term DDT was applied because the chemical DDT is a hazardous chemical buried in the ground which potentially causes brain damage and defects. Similarly, the DDT maneuver buries an opponent's head into the mat, and is therefore (in kayfabe) hazardous to the brain and spinal cord.

and for STO:
The STO (Space Tornado Ogawa or the clothesline legsweep) is a sweep in which a wrestler wraps one arm across the chest of his/her opponent and sweeps the opponent's leg with his/her own leg to slam the other wrestler back-first. This can also be a lariat-legsweep combination to slam down opponent.

The move is more commonly known outside pro wrestling circles as the judo throw "Osoto Otoshi" ("large outer drop").[14]
